Barbarian 0 Damage Encounter Powers

Ran a dungeon on preview last night and had numerous attacks deal 0 damage, most notably my encounter powers Hidden Daggers and Indomitable Battle Strike. Steel Blitz is also dealing 0 damage when it procs. At-will and Daily powers are working fine. Happened with both Vorpal r12 and Prominence r13. Also checked previously copied versions from months/years ago and also 0 damage on encounter powers.
