Well, hell. How long are we supposed to wait to find out the actual value of Negation Enchantments.
I don't think there's a lot of players that can afford to buy five enchantments, just in case one actually stays broke or they choose to fix the broken one.
And then we risk being stuck with enchantments we can't trade or sell because they're Bound.
Or is it really zero bonus for Negation until you picked up 10 smack to the head and then you get a 5% healing?
0.02% Damage Resistance per stack? Zero until you have a Rank 10? Really?
Why is it even called Negation if it's only a Gem of Desperate Healing and the healing value is the same from rank 1 to rank 14?
