Rings Of the Underdark (Rising+4/+5) are not scaled properly

My +5 rising ring of precision is still showing 135 power for 4 seconds * 10 stacks (ie mod 15 numbers). All other rings now give thousands of points per stat (personalized adamant ring of Piercing for example).
