BUG: cannot setup 2nd load for cleric character
Steps to Repeat:
setup 1st loadout per normal.
choose 2nd loadout
Results:
unable to setup anything associated with the 2nd loadout.
* cannot set ability scores
* cannot change at-will on mouse buttons
* cannot change dailies or encounters
