companions bound to account????

I know this may never happen but what is the chance of companions becoming bound to account reason I ask is that if us players have made our companions to legendary and with mod 16 we hve to change companions to another one we could use the companions that we hve made legendary for another toon that we have. Just a suggestion

    But in different circumstances you may want to use different companions.

    I mean, I understand that maybe before you just loaded up on a DPS companion because lifesteal gave you all the healing that you could possibly want, and now you are thinking that a healer companion might be the best idea.

    But if you are in a group then that DPS companion may become the best option again.

    Over the years there have been numerous tweaks to feats, powers, and paragon paths overall that may have led to players deciding that some other companion may be better for them despite them having spent some amount of money on improving the companion that suddenly might not be the "best".

    At least for now the behavior on M16 preview is the opposite of what you are asking.

    Instead of Account Bound companions - every companion in a character's inventory is Character Bound - even those that were Unbound before M16.

    I assume that is bug.
    I'm like 90% sure that's a bug, but I have to go read the thread again.
