Does this hat still fall into a dungeon?

I checked the value of it is very expensive, and has few wanted to know if it still falls into dungeon

No, it doesn't. It was yet another casualty of Mod 6.

I got a Picaroon's Tricorne recently which is a variation of Hat of the Pirate Host. It has reddish colour and gold edge. I got that from eCC. If you don't like colour, I assume you can dye it.

Same here. I believe mine dropped from CN in extra chest.

I hope they have some better drops for fashions like these and increase the fashions and fix them so you can choose to make your weapons and doohickeys and such visible. I know some weapons like bows melt into the fashions like the ball dress but let the play decided if it works or not.

But getting back to the hat, why is this so freaking rare? Its just a hat, if people want it, at least allow them to spend zen on it or sell it in the bazaar.
