Envenomed Journal "stopped working" today?

But only on my GWF. Seems to work fine on other toons on the account. Other artifacts (Decanter, Soul Sight, etc) work fine. Artifact worked yesterday. This is what it does "now":



Nothings changed. I went into settings and toggled Location Targeting Activation from on release, to 2nd Press. No change. Copied character to Preview, same deal.

    Try resetting keybinds in your options. That fixes a number of issues with ground targetted powers.

    I love you long time ;) Weird how it didn't show the target flower unless I had the game "paused" with Alt. But that worked.
