Almost any pvp gf and gwf are IV and you wonder why.
Well the answer is simple.
You tank while having high dps with better cc powers.
Iron vanguard shouldn't have dps. You can compare it with healing dc or dps dc yet i see a lot gwf's running around at high speed movements, being super tanky and killing almost any class with 1 hit with their daily. Their encounter power damage are broken too.
