Aboleth overseer is still broken? My group has tried 3 times and it disappears and does not come back up

Haven't tried recently but I can tell you the fireballs in Kabal still glitch. If your team wipes and re-enters, there will be fireballs that won't break chains, causing a lot of unnecessary scroll use.
