Server down messages in LOCAL TIME please.

Every couple of days is a server down for some issues, everytime there is this statement when the server will be up again in UTC and Pacific Time. Well, I know that 11:00 PT is 20:00 here, but - you know - this launcher is a simple windows application and windows already gives you converting functions to just convert any time into the local time of the user, set in his system settings. Please use them, regardless of your programming language, its almost certainly just one line of code.
