Couple things seem off with the Tea Leaves
1. In Gathering they only appear under "All" and I would think it should be under "Substance". I actually looked in "Substance" first and then in all the others before finally looking in "All". Yes I know can search and now add to favorites.
2. It is not for sale from Material Supplier in market or from VIP Profession Vendor. I seem to recall there was another low level craft resource missing there too but it might have been these tea leaves because I know I went looking for them once before and just bought from the retainer "Buy New Materials"
