Could anyone clarify for me how the Special Skill bonus works in relation to adding a supplement?
Essentially, if I select an artisan with, say, Miracle Worker 25%, and add a Maker's Haste supplement that also gives Miracle Worker, but at 10% does it add together to give 35%, does it give two shots, one at 25% and the second at 10%, or (I hope not) simply roll the RNG once vs the highest slotted chance?
(Likewise the bonus from Legendary Tools)
