Only having 1 application available each day

From what i have heard quiet a few others have had the same issue, of only getting 1 application for more artisans each day. Some have workshop 3, and others 4.
Things that have been suggested/tried out personally:
-to get more workers, you need to use your workshop more (more tasks you do to keep them busy gives you more workers.) Currently i have 3 tasks from the workbench, and 1 gathering task (for about the last week) that i have collected over and over, still no change.
-You have to go to your workshop each time for it to give more workers (apposed to claiming it via the menu.) A few separate days i have tried only claiming it via the workshop itself, and a few days only from the profession menu, both of which gave the same result.
-Make sure your slots are not filled up all the way (if i only have 1 slot open i can only hire one, if i have 5 slots open ill be able to get 5 applications etc) I currently have 13/20 artisans hired. Meaning i should be able to get the max ( i think is 5 at a time, at least that I've seen) either way, i have more then enough room.
-Hiring/firing/declining new or existing members to try and change the 13/20 number or just change the 1 applicant i have. Yes, I've claimed it some days and declined it other days, and i haven't seen any change either way.

What i haven't tried:
-Taking away all of my professions for a full day and have no one doing anything. I haven't tried this out to see if it gives a different number of applicants as i need to keep doing my professions to unlock workshop 4. I have a few of the ones i need for the lower tasks so i can at least get by making those to progress efficiently, but i cant get the better ones as just 1 a day is impossible, since there's 27? artisans per profession. And almost all the time when I get a application, its a common one. But that's another topic.
-Seeing how many artisans i get on other characters. Its just too much of a hassle to load into every workshop everyday and multiple characters, so i haven't been touching those ones for the most part, currently. Since this problem has been mentioned by multiple other players on different occasions, i know its not just an issue with my character alone. Which is another reason i haven't bothered checking those ones.

I thought the amount of applications you get per day was random? I get anywhere from 1-5 on any of my toons. 1 is definitely the most frequent amount but I get a good share of 2 application days too. 5s are rare and I think it's only happened for me like 2 times in 2 weeks with multiple workshops.

I don't know what to tell you. I'm getting a range still. 1 a day is still the most likely but I've definitely gotten a few 2's today. RNG is RNG unfortunately and this is just like people saying they haven't gotten a purple artisan yet. I have gotten a few so there's no tin foil hat theory there either.

I have sometimes noticed that, if I grabbed my applications later in the day than I normally would, the next day applications won't show up until around that time period.

@mtqualified#8841 I'm getting four or five applications a day on my main. I am full up on workers and have to delete someone if I want to accept an applicant. I've never seen an epic applicant. Although I have gotten a few from the legendary exchange. (I've also used all of my legacy allotments) on my main work shop it's level 3. I never order things remotely and I'm not gathering things any more on that toon. I probably spend 100k a day on parties for my crew. I have four at mw 5 and one at mw 3 (because of bug I cannot proceed on that toon. I could buy the stuff I need to see if it tricks it into unlocking what it's supposed to do but frankly I just don't feel like gambling that kind of ad) and two at level 50.
my other workshops were being used to gather stuff and make honey mostly to level up alchemy the intention was to make it into a gold voucher farm for gm. but I've ran out of gold on most of them. I don't check applicants every day but it seems like they aren't really getting bites my main workshop gets. they're level 2 work shops.

i consume all my red hearts (400) and do some party in a day and every day i have 4 or 5 request. Every day. But i craft a lot of things everyday and all MW unlocked.... but idk if i m only lucky..... My Workshop is level 4.

Yup the system is broken. I'll believe otherwise when a Dev steps up instead of hides in the shadows. I am workshop 4 and I get 1 applicant a week. I've logged in daily to 0. I've spent 2k moral 5 says in a row. Now I check the workshop once a week because that's all the applicants I get. I personally believe the system is working as intended in the eyes of cryptic and PW as they have put Mastercrafting behind a 20k zen pay wall. Also why I believe this thread/issue has not been acknowledged by the Devs here or on their discord.

Would a dev, any dev, please stand up.. Please stand up.
