Event Food

Can we not have event food be BoC/BoA? While I did mindlessly just farm like 300 Moshi (sp?) I honestly would have rather spent that time in instances and just paying for it off the AH. Saves me time and gives a player who wants AD a source of income.

Way too many items in the game are bound to character (BoC) as it is as far as I'm concerned, bound to account (BoA) makes those items a little more palatable, but not much… It would be far better if more items, like food items weren’t bound at all so they can be sold on the Auction House.

Since I began playing Neverwinter several years ago I think I’ve only made use of one food item and that being the one I got from one of the initial quests in the Stronghold…

I don’t use them and I’m willing to guess there are others who don’t either so in essence they are just taking up inventory space with the prospect they may be of use latter on, but the reality of it is after several years I still have stockpiles of food items I can’t auction, don’t use or can’t even give away to anyone who could/would use them.

As for the suggestion of selling them to a merchant… the price offered for most bound items I consider to be either a joke, or an insult and the only reason I would consider junking them to a merchant is to open inventory space for something else, but inventory space doesn’t seem to be an issue for me presently.

I use them and for each toon I dedicate one row of inventory for their 'medication'. If I want to do anything serious, they will take their row of med. Each toon has different set. Doing that is cheap/free and the effect is like adding one or two high level of enchantment.
