Crafted armor - Leatherworking, Hunter Ranger/Rogue - Missing class associations

It seems that the craft leather armor items are missing the hunter ranger class and are only usable by rogues. This starts somewhere around required character level 28 and continues. I haven't gone through all of the items, but a thread over in the PC hunter ranger class discussion has a reply stating that after required level 50, this issue is reversed and there are items that are hunter ranger only items and that the trickster rogue class doesn't have anything usable.
