Is it broken or does it not work on DCs anymore?

    OMG, it is want i would like to ask today ! On Xbox seems broken....

    I am not noticing any difference with it but maybe that is because I have over 30K recovery on my DC. I know in the past you gain AP from it when it was not equipped and when you had it equipped it doubled up the AP gains. The fix was so that you gained AP appropriately when it was equipped and you had the off hand feature for it.

    Hopefully this helps clarify the changes with it you maybe seeing.

    I've proc over 30k too but I noticed that when I pop a daily my cooldowns aren't affected

    It works. It is reduced by cooldown reductions (it always was) but in the past it used to proc twice so it wasn't so noticeable.
