I don't know if this has been reported yet, but the Tannery Trader is looking for Aberrant Leather to make Hard Aberrant Leather and Soft Aberrant Leather.
There is no profession task to make just "Aberrant Leather" so I believe it's a mislabel for Aberrant Hide.
Either way it's keeping anyone from spending guild marks to get Hard Aberrant Leather or Soft Aberrant Leather.
