1. I received applications from adventurer Elend Legrande. Because I did not have space to accept it, I entered the Master's Desk panel and dismissed Nadia Evendown, which has a negative speed.
When I switched back to applications, the panel briefly showed me Elend Legrande, then changed and the application appeared ... Joanhild Stouthammer, which I reject 2 times a day!
I don't know why this is happening, but this is the third exact same bug. Twice it concerned Haie Xilomne, who "miraculous way" was turned into Brenndan Qelgal.
This is not acceptable! I demand the return of my artisans.
2. Why, having a 75% chance of completing the task 8 times for 10, artisan broke the item? It's yesterday. Today is 6/10. What the hell is wrong with your percentages? If it all depends on the hidden RNG, why the hell are these panels, percentages, tools and artisans at all? It was enough to write: A chance to do the task: "It will work or it will not work". Because this is what your wonderful new system is doing.
3. Why are we punished three times for the failure of the item?
The moment you set tasks for the night, and the artisan will screw up the task, you will receive the following penalties: 1) you lose all raw materials 2) you lose payment for the execution of the item 3) you lose space in the box. How, for the hell, if there is NO item there?
4. When we interrupt the task set by mistake, we get back the resources but not the gold spent on the work.
Since when does we pay for a NOT-done job?
I reported a bug related to the hiring of artisans a month ago. I can consider the answer from the support to be, at best, an evasive type: "bla..bla..bla ... sorry but we have it in the HAMSTER".
