Saw on Facebook about an acquired treasure chest from awards claims agent. Reads that it’s available till Feb. 12th for PS4 but it’s not there. What gives?

    It's the pack that had the extra currency and has been there since the mod 15 launch. It can only be claimed by one character. So, if you already claimed on launch day, as most did, it will not show up. If you didn't claim it (CS can verify), submit a ticket.

    I am pretty certain I did not claim this since I haven’t really been playing but I will submit a request to verify. Strangely, a guildmate was also unable to claim it. Thanks for the reply.
