MOD 15 & Missing Items After Roll Back

After MOD 15, I was one of the unfortunate people who's items that were in my personal bags got sold to the vendor and unable to buy back due to the bug. I opened a ticket and was instructed to move certain stones that were in my bank to my personal bag before the moderator could roll back my character to January 14th. I moved these stones, as instructed and when my character was rolled back the stones completely disappeared and are now missing. These stones, were owned before MOD 15 and now after the roll back they are completely gone. I told them moderator they were missing and I was told they were never on my character before MOD 14. I've opened another ticket and no communication or updates. All I want are the stones or my character to be rolled back to a previous point.
