Visual bug on old character (old underwear)

So my oldest character has this visual bug, she is stuck with old underwear and that makes her have the old mesh neck when not displaying underarmor shirt, and that also means it appears when she uses costumes.
She is my old character from 2013. That's probably why she has old underwear show in the screenshot. Somehow her model was not updated.
I wonder if anything simple like dieing might fix it.
