First off, I really enjoy this game. The designers/developers obviously put a lot of thought into minimizing the issue many MMOs have with griefers. There are very few cases where griefers can actually cause grief in this game. I find the game play, quests, and campaigns very enjoyable. The "golden path" idea is brilliant and the map is awesome - much better than most games.
I've been playing for a little over a year now. My biggest frustration is content (quantity, not quality - the quality of the content is great). I've gotten all my characters to 70, and on my main, I have completed all zones and campaigns (except PVP - which I do not enjoy). I was hoping this last release would have more content for higher end characters, but the whole AI thing was pretty low level and frankly, kind of lame - was a real disappointment. I would like to see more zones/campaigns.
Unfortunately, I've gotten to the point where I find I am not playing much anymore (or spending money on transactions) because I have finished all the content - at least the content I am aware of (again, I skip PVP because I really don't enjoy it - but everything else I have completed).

It seems previously most of the new content has been geared for higher level (70) players.
But in principle I agree with the desire for more new content for all levels of players, of course that being said Neverwinter could come out with new content every week and there would probably still be people asking for more...
The thing I like about Neverwinter is even if a player has completed all of the campaigns and quests, there is still much for them to do.
Players can concentrate on professions manufacturing items for themselves and to sell on the Auction House, speaking of the Auction house players can attempt to increase their financial fortunes by buying and selling on the Auction house, they can spend their time forming, and developing a guild - or they can find a new or low level player and mentor them which takes up about a third of my game play time.
I've been playing Neverwinter for more than 3-years and I'm still not bored with most aspects of the game.
Different strokes ~
they release 2-3 a year , we DO NOT Need more campaigns, roll a alt dude.. and bring one up through.
Tired of the campaign system and forced to do them due to boons.. The game needs some refreshing ways of giving us content, that isnt driving in this manner.. I liked Lotros story system.. you had to do it to get your free 2nd age and open up the raid/dungeons.. but once done, you were done, their boon system was based on a factor of X.. so you just had to do X # of whatever to get the permanent modifiers, but they were like 200 or something apiece or something like that.. so at the end of the day, if you had 8 out of 10 (back then) you were fine for the most part.. and you slowly worked on the rest.
If this game NEVER did another boon campaign I would be thrilled.
As far as content, I think Cyrpitcs delivery of content is fine. Their problem is that the old content is not being maintained and looses value with the power keep and new rules with every mod. Does anyone need any of the green gear rewards in EE campaign anymore? Even the blue rewards give no salvage, why hand us literal virtual garbage that zero people find useful.
Sadly..
Also there could be penalties for those trying to buck the system
What kind of "penalties" could there be for a player/designer who intentionally embeds some kind of cheat, exploit or offensive content in their foundry programming when/if it is discovered - ban them from the game?
Yeah, personally I don't think that is a viable option for several reasons that I won't go into here.
I agree with the suggestion of being able to have a functioning foundry as a way to expand currently available game content, but as to the suggestion foundry runs have rewards commensurate to in game rewards, or that someone at Cryptic should be legally responsible for foundry design flaws, exploits or offensive content, which is essentially what it would be viewed as - not so much.
But that's just my thoughts on the matter.
As far as reward, just give a token, one per unique run, and allow you to turn those in for a reward of your choice. IDK, maybe a purple mount or an artifact or fashions or such. Something worth getting but does not unbalance the game.
