Enhanced Superior Tidespan Potion +1 Does not Work

I reported through the in game bug reporting about a month ago, but since there has been no action taken, the Enhanced Superior Tidespan Potion +1 does not work. On consumption, no effect is registered. If you have another potion already active, it does not overwrite the existing potion. If you have no potions active, it does not apply the Enhanced Superior Tidespan Potion +1. The potion does disappear form inventory, but no bonus is granted. Please fix this.

Also note that the normal, non +1 version, of the Enhanced Superior Tidespan Potion works exactly as expected. This is only an issue with the Enhanced Superior Tidespan Potion +1.

Fixes like this are so much more important than the minor cosmetic and text issues the developers seem to spend more time fixing. Game functionality should always come first. I wish whoever is the NW Project Manger would understand that.

I believe all potions +1 do not work, but the dev team is already investigating on this issue.
