Crash on Exit

Recently, I've begun to experience crashes on exiting the game (shutting the client).

When I restart, I accept the prompt to verify all the files, but the game continues to crash on exit.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I have not installed any new software or games on my computer, this has begun happening as of the last patch.

Thoughts?
