Why i can't enter the Soshenstar?? for recourses - with the scroll's from the stronghold. I did the Cult Campaign compleet so all the Boons.
Same for weekly Heriocs in cult , I can't enter.

You still need to do the starter quest to unlock the region.

If you buy Omu maps you'll also have to advance the Soshenstar campaign to the point where Omu unlocks.
