I had a thought on how to help fix the ZAX. Why not make a coupon from purchasing Zen through arc store with real money. A 20% bonus AD conversion coupon that allows zen buyers to get 20% more AD when exchanging zen for AD, extra AD coming from cryptic and not from player in ZAX. This would encourage zen buyers to exchange more zen for AD and help lower the ZAX. Other coupon events can be made in similar style for all the games on ARC.com. A kind of promotional event. Coupons gained this way would be time sensitive.
