Possible bug in Demon Sled visual effect

I'm not even sure this is a bug, but it makes no sense as it is so I think it might be, just in case it is I'm reporting it.
I just got the Demon Sled from the Winter Festival, very nice indeed, and it comes with this really cool visual effect where when you summon it your face is lit up in glowy red, I particularly notice this because my CW is bald and it really stands out. Anyway, it stays there permanently while you just sit in it, and stays there when you start moving and travel in it, however the moment you jump in it (or go over a bump which takes you off the ground), or if you stop moving and start again, the glow effect disappears. Now I can't work out why on earth this very cool-looking effect would stop at all, it seems to be a feature of the sled. I don't think it is meant to stop just because you either stop moving or go over a bump, so I'm reporting just in case. That glow really needs to be there at all times...
While I'm here, the Yeti mount (also very cool) runs fine, but when you do a walk on it he seems to be walking in slow motion, the steps are too slow and look a little silly. Would it be possible to speed his steps up a tiny bit, not too much, just enough to make him look like he is walking at a normal pace and not in slow motion.
