Mod 15 Patch (Console)

Are the changes to mane/cowl and GF fix (nerf) coming at the same time mod 15 releases on console or do we have to wait 6 weeks for that patch (6 weeks of people abusing it)? Would be nice to hear from a dev on this.

Also, for pc players can you post if the fix for the aforementioned actually works or like mod 13 if they failed?
