Bounded Items to character after a few months.

in Bug Reports (PC)
These two rings have been bounded to character after 6,7 months and i don' t know a reason of this problem... :P Below are links...

    Did you put the new r14 enchantment you got from AI to the ring?
    If you did, that is the reason.
    That r14 is bound to character. Whatever equip it will also be changed to bound to character.

    Probably yes, but I am not sure. I put it to the necklace for sure but nevermind, unlucky situation :P So it will be forever bounded to character right?
