Zen Exchange Ate My Zen

Logged into my account this morning. Saw that I had 5000 available in my zen exchange account. Prior to downloading, I had 300 zen in my account.

After downloading the 5000 zen, I only had 1968 zen, so I only got 1668 zen.

In looking at the logs, my zen exchange account was given two amounts. 1668 at 1:31 AM this morning and then 3332 at 1:31 AM. At 7:23 AM it shows that I transferred 5000 zen out of the account, but it only gave me the 1668 from the first purchase.

***edit*** logged into another character and the full amount is properly in my account. So I did receive all of it. it did not show it all initially.

Closing this up as it's solved, but for further issues of this nature, one would need to file a ticket with Customer Service, rather than make a forum post.
