Neverwiner crashes when I am in the middle of the battle or doing herotics

Sometimes when I am doing a battle my game ends up crashing it's been happening like bunch of times in the past last months.

    video card overheating? dusty / clogged blocked case/ video card fans ? hotter climate where you are ? old outdated video drivers ? not having air conditioning in your residence cause of a move
    lots of web browser windows open sucking up video memory and resources
    running in windowed mode vs full screen
    leaving your computer on the floor reduces its lifespan also as is get dustier inside and overheats
    also if you have an amd chip vs intel they get hotter
    bad ram / video ram chips

    I enter on a server for a minute and my game freezes too. I tried to change the graphics settings but it didn't work.

    Could be that but I'm not sure since now it's getting worse.
