I don't mind that content is being recycled. This weekend we have The Siege of Neverwinter on PC, which we've had a million times before. And that's fine - it's something to do. I understand that we can't have new content all the time.
But please - PLEASE! Can you make the content at least a little bit challenging. If you're going to recycle old events every weekend, can you please scale them up to the current power level of players in 2018? Enemies that die in one hit and Heroic Encounters that are completed in 10 seconds are not fun. No matter what the rewards are.

It ended up being a massive mistake. It was more balanced the other way around.
They were simply too lazy to make adjustments for the level 60 to 70 cap.
Trying to get an idea of what IL to set enemies at would make sense in this game. IMO it would be hard to set enemies to a specific IL and than scaling players stats/GS up towards that IL. There would be no point in really gearing up as you should be able to run all content if your stats were scaled up.
The method they have now is better long term unless the devs plan to do a revamp to the game and how things scale.
