Legendary Adolescent Deepcrow - mount combat power not working

Hello all,

The mount combat power from legendary adolescent deepcrow:

-does not give any % of power (should be + 7.5% more power)

    Is it still bugged? I equipped it just yesterday and when I activate its combat power I don't see any instant increase in power. That's a shame and a waste of money after all...
