Looking for Guild Leadership

We are a rebuilding from scratch GH13 looking for active players interested in helping to form the foundation of a non elitist PVE guild.
We are looking for those that are willing to help others, would like a voice in how a guild is run, doesn't need max boons to have a viable character, and is looking to build something to be proud of.
We are currently looking to fill Rank 6 positions (Guild Leadership) & Rank 5 positions (Officers). Guild Leadership positions are basically R7's without the ability to remove the R7 from the guild. Officers are for players that are open to using some of their playing time to better benefit their fellow guild members.
We are also open to the idea of bringing aboard Guild Leaders that don't have the time they used to or would like to share the load on running a guild. All options and positions are on the table.
