@wintersmoke and @feanor70118 All I bought for tools was the mithral, iron, and adamantium files. I don't think she asks for these items. I also upgraded the picks for the adventurers. I do see your point, how "sell all" could be a problem. I am still waiting to get alchemist applications... another fine feature they could add, would be posting job offers instead of waiting for people to apply.
