Where is the event planner? I have some stuff to turn in for a new mount, but I can't find him anywhere. Can someone please tell me where to find him? Thanks in advance.

Hi there.

There should be an NPC on the event dais in PE. If you are at the tree and looking up towards the Halls of Justice, its on the right side staircase.

If there is no one there, try looking in the Moonstone Mask main room.
Sometimes event NPCs can be found in there too.

I don't know which event. They just showed up in my possessions.

Found the event planner. Thanks. Turns out the coins dropped from Tymora's crates. I need about 12 more of them to get the horse. Sigh. Ah well, it was too good to be true this early in the game anyway ( level 42).
