I've found a new tutorial breaking workshop bug
If a player has outstanding pre Mod 15 professions items in the delivery chest (but not enough to fill it - ie the player will be able to interact with the delivery chest at the appropriate stage of the tutorial)
AND
Uses an adventurer with the "% chance immediately complete a task" perk during the Gathering Task part of the tutorial
AND
The perk triggers - which immediately places the gathered material into the delivery chest
AND
The player hits the Collect All buttton during the delivery box tutorial - as is required
This renders the "Wait for a Gathering task to complete" task unresolvable and breaks the tutorial - subsequent gathering tasks do not qualify and the tutorial cannot advance.
