Profession Bug: Can't see/get commissions from Merielle Begum

I have one character who can't get commissions from Merielle Begum.

This character has a lvl 20 profession, has a lvl 2 workspace , has no outstanding quests etc.

I go to talk with her and she just says "Sod Off" This has been going on for days, I tried before I was level 20 and lvl 2 workspace, then tried each day after I hit lvl 20 and got my lvl 2 workspace. Not sure what is going on.

I have another character that has no issue seeing the commission list etc.

You need to progress your professions further. I think at level 30 is when you get the first quest to go see her. From there you can start making things to fill the commission, but you won't be able to complete it until you hit 60, I think.
