Unable to speak to Artifact Enthusiast

I have the quest Two Weapons are Better as One, where I am instructed to go to the Moonstone Mask and speak to the Artifact Enthusiast. When I get there, I can't talk to her. There's no "Press F to Speak" or a yellow diamond over her head to indicate interaction. So I am stuck, unable to finish. I've relogged, no change in status.

    This quest is obsolete and probably should have been removed. Feel free to drop it as it's no longer relevant.

    It's an outdated quest that should be removed from our journals much the same as other outdated quests are.
