Again... Merchant Woes in Bryn Shandar

As of today I Place here an seemly old bug, but must let it be known.
After gathering the Merchant goods we supposed to rescue Guard Cecile from Barbarians.
Issue is that these Barbarians are probably too scared to face me on the Battlefield and staying home.
Tried a reboot, tried abandon the quest 3 times.. no (temporally) fix.
Checked the NPC's in Bryn Shandar itself and all are silent, except one who will point me to SOMI
Result is that the Bryn Shandar Campaign is broken.
I know dev's have other (well known) priorities due company politics.. But this affect any new player (Alts) to achieve Progression in STK Campaign.

It appeared that the campaign update got activated without notification, and on wrong moment..
So.. when stuck in this quest.. check your campaign page
