Did anyone actually get this guy? (picture taken on preview)
I've spent 13 scrolls. I've gotten 9 different blue blacksmiths, all but the one i wanted, and 4 purple.
I wasted an army of crafters and tools as well as a sizeable amount of AD and only got HAMSTER.
If it's a bug and you can't get the one and only blacksmith with a good commission modifier I deserve a refund, which I won't get of course. >.<
Now my workshop is full and I wasted more AD than needed to upgrade the damn thing.
