Can't open it, can't sell it, can't discard it.
Just... sits in your inventory... taking up space...
The amount you get seems to be variable (chest rerolls? Boss drops?) Either way... I'm guessing that this isn't supposed to be an inventory item...

    This is a known issue and will be fixed in an upcoming patch.
