Bug: [Empowered Illusionist's Mask]

So... I'm sure a few people have come across this...
The empowered illusionist mask. According to the description "Use: Donning the visage of an illusionist, your gaze deals ##### to your enemies causing them to take on the form of a lesser creature increasing your damage against them, while they are changed, by 15% for 15 seconds".

Except...

It changes YOU! the wearer of the mask, and renders you incapable of dealing any damage! While it is funny being changed into various creatures, it's not great in the middle of a fight.

I think that's not a bug, but intended; it can be very disconcerting to be changed the first time by fighting, but you can still use all your powers and making damage That's only a display change, test it against a dummy.

Interesting.
Previously when I've looked at it, and when alliance members looked at it, we were unable to use combat powers.
Or.... Maybe we didn't look at it closely enough, perhaps we just assumed that while changed, as with any other time, we were unable to use combat powers.
