Old treasure from skill nodes

There was a promise that only one kind of treasure will drop for specific level brackets.
Expected Result: Only Priceless Platinum Bowl should drop from skill nodes in lv 70 zones and instances and mobs.
Actual Results: In Biggrin's Tomb I'm getting 5 additional kinds of treasure from skill nodes:
Sweet Berries
Arcane Grimoire
Flawed Sapphire
Ancient Chronicle
Token of Worship
