GWF stops hacking away when killing a target with At-Wills

Sometimes when GWF is surrounded by many targets and kills one of them, the GWF stops attacking at the final killing swing rather than proceeding with the next target with At-Wills like Sure Strike or WMS.
With other classes this doesn't seem to happen with their At-Wills.
