Previous salvage should be sellable for gold

As per title really. Some of the stuff that would previously be obvious salvage bait doesn't have a gold sell price, like the elemental assault stuff that drops from Tiamat. Now there's no salvage it feels like it should be sellable. RP is nice but some of us could do with the gold lol.
