Quartermaster enchantment category broken for ranks 7 + 8

Rank 6 is blue, 7 is purple (epic), 8 is blue again, 9 is epic.
This totally distorts AH comparison of values.

    Even more irrtating is that I have rank 7 Quartermaster in my inverntory, of which 2 are blue, and a stack is purple.
    How can this be?
