Is there a double RP for refinement stones?

I saved up a couple milion worth of refinment stone but I don't know when to refine them. Is there an event that double the RP from the refinement?

    Nope. There is an event that causes double stones to drop, but once you have the stones, use them whenever.

    About the double enchant event, I don't see one on the calendar. Recently there was always one on the calendar. Is double enchant still a thing? I'm holding on to my remaining leadership bags for it.

    Double Refining stone. Dec 27. Your leadership bags do not drop enchantment anymore. They drop refining stones.
