New Opportunities Lockboxes not dropping

I usually see quite alot of lockbox drops while running my quests, I have not seen 1 lockbox drop over the last few days, for example, today I have done my Stronghold quests, the 5 heroics , killed well over 100 mobs just there and not 1 lockbox drop, whereas I would have gained at least 5. I then went to Well of Dragons and did my dailies there , again not 1, just did Protecting the Portal weekly and again not 1 lockbox drop

I know not much of a run so far today but as stated I would usually have gained 5 by now, have 3 VIP keys waiting now

Anyone else having this problem

so finally after also running Dread Ring dailies and Phantasmal Fortress, and then going onto Sharandar dailies I managed to get not 1 but 2 new lockboxes drop at once, then went onto gain another 2 during same daily, Guess the new lockboxes are just definitely not dropping as much as usual since new mod , Anyway, problem solved, kinda
