Professions - Can I switch a profession?

Maybe I was completely brain dead but on one of my alts I have alchemy. It was a alt that I had started alchemy pre-mod15 and so it only had Leadership at 20+ and alchemy at something like 5. I don't remember choosing alchemy on this toon but I must have.

How do I cancel this or move to another profession for this toon?

    OK, I answered my own question. The applicants that come in will be of all the professions so to change professions you just hire the applicants that you want and start doing those professions.

    so far all of the applicants I get have been alchemy. I really have enough alchemists, I dont need 5 more
